Production Packages

Package A: Business Introduction Video Package ("90 Second Montage" & Voice Over Video Presentation)

This video package is ideal for product or service companies through to retail stores looking to create a tour of a location or maybe a product line. These videos not only introduce you to a wide audience, they give you a digital footprint in the ever changing personal communications environment.

  • ½ Day Pre-Production – Client consultation and creative including creation of scripted concept.
  • One Day Location Shoot – Production crew to film at client location of choice including all features, products or services.
  • One Day Post Production – Editing of captured footage to scripted voice over, effects and graphics.  NOTE: Minimum ten hour online editing session (voice over recorded on location).
  • ½ Day Password Protected Vimeo Review and Approvals – Review, refine and complete project ready for delivery on client requested format.

Package B: The Thirty Second Commercial Spot

DESCRIPTION
This budget is for the production of a 30 second commercial that would be shot in one day at one location. The commercial would be based on client generated scripted creative and would not include any specialty props, personal, animation or hosts. The client creative will dictate and be responsible for all content issues and or extra costs. Where specialty props or hosts are determined necessary by the client, those costs will be over and above and will be estimated as per required.

This budget would also include production stills captured during the shoot for use on the client’s web site.

PRODUCTION STYLE
The style of the ad will be message based where an offer or introduction of product or service is being highlighted. Most ads will be a “call to action” or “to get more information” from a web site approach. Demonstration is another example of the style. It will vary from client to client.

All video will be post produced in 1080 HD and will be delivered ready to broadcast including close captioning for the 30 second commercial including Ad standards/Telecasters approvals.

THIS PACKAGE WILL INCLUDE
Assistance in the Concept Development and Scriptwriting as well as 1 full day shoot in Toronto, Producer, Director, Camera man, Camera Assist, Sound Tech, Grip/Gaffer, Production Assistants, Makeup and Hair, Camera EQ, required lighting and sound equipment, complete on-line editing, Graphic & Text design and music soundtrack from stock.

Package C: The Two Minute Video Production Package

DESCRIPTION
This estimate includes a 30 second Commercial for broadcast with an additional 90 second web site video for a total of two minutes of video production. This production estimate has three separate sections or a “Three for One” approach.

This budget will include the production of a 30 second commercial that would be shot in one day at one location. The commercial would be based on client generated scripted creative and would not include any specialty props, personal, animation or hosts. The client creative will dictate and be responsible for all content issues and or extra costs. Where specialty props or hosts are determined necessary by the client, those costs will be over and above and will be estimated as per required.

This budget would also include the production of a 90 second web site video based on the creative from the 30 Second commercial. It will expand on the theme and introduce an expanded message on the given subject. This budget would also include production stills captured during the shoot for use on the client’s web site.

PRODUCTION STYLE
30 seconds; The style of the ad will be suited for message based commercial where an offer or introduction of product or service is made. Most ads will be a “call to action” or “to get more information” from a web site approach. Demonstration is another example of the style. It will vary from client to client. The style of the web site video will be an expansion on the central theme. It may be an additional offer or a message. Because we will have a “hot set”, we shoot an additional message or demonstration. This is meant to create more interest and or an expanded version on the message.

NOTE: Production stills of the demonstration or product/service video will be captured during the shoot for use in reinforcing messages in the text of your web site. All video will be post produced in 1080 HD and will be delivered ready to broadcast including close captioning for the 30 second commercial.

This package will include Assistance in the Concept Development and Scriptwriting as well as 1 full day shoot in Toronto, Producer, Director, Camera man, Camera Assist, Sound Tech, Grip/Gaffer, Production Assistants, Makeup and Hair, Camera EQ, required lighting and sound equipment, complete on-line editing, graphic & text design and music soundtrack from stock.
